Guarantee conditions, warranty and returns

Manufacturer's warranty

If a manufacturer's warranty is expressly stated on our product pages, during the ordering process or in the product documentation manufacturer's warranty, the following conditions apply in addition to the statutory warranty rights, the following conditions apply:

  • Start & duration: from invoice date, duration according to product description.
  • Scope of guarantee: Material or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
  • Excluded: Damage due to wear and tear, improper use, external influences, unauthorized repairs.

In the event of a warranty claim: repair or replacement at our discretion. Contact kundenservice@bandkult.de with a description of the fault and photos.

Return at own expense. Original invoice required. Legal rights remain unaffected.

Legal warranty

The statutory rights according to BGB apply:

  • Time limit: 2 years from handover.
  • Please report any defects promptly.
  • Complain about transport damage directly to the deliverer and inform us.
  • No warranty in case of improper use, storage or external influences.

  2. You will receive return instructions.
  3. Please pack completely and carefully.

If the complaint is justified, we will bear the return costs. Otherwise the return shipment will be own costs.
